About Us

Royal Elderly Care & Wellbeing CIC is a community interest company supporting older adults in Luton and Bedfordshire. We help people stay connected, independent and valued – at home and in their community.

We understand that ageing can bring both practical and emotional challenges. Our service is designed to offer reliable companionship and everyday assistance that supports wellbeing, dignity, and peace of mind for individuals and their families.

Our support includes friendly companionship, wellbeing visits, help getting to appointments, practical help around the home and our free Royal Day Experience. We take time to listen, build trust, and work at a pace that feels right for each person.

Our current services are non-regulated and do not include personal care or medication administration. Where regulated care is required, we responsibly signpost families to appropriate CQC-registered providers.

Our approach is community-focused, values-led, and built on kindness, respect, and reliability. We work closely with families and local networks to ensure older adults feel supported, valued, and never alone.
