Royal Elderly Care & Wellbeing CIC is the trading name of Elderly Care and Wellbeing CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16798996). What we collect
When you contact us, make a referral, sign up to our newsletter, apply to volunteer or attend the Royal Day Experience, we may collect your name, contact details, the message you send us and any information you choose to share about the person you are asking about.
How and why we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries and referrals, arrange and provide support, organise Royal Day Experience sessions, manage volunteers and, if you have signed up, send our newsletter. We rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before providing support, on our legitimate interests in running our community services, and on legal obligations such as safeguarding. We only use health or wellbeing information when it is needed to support someone safely, and with their consent wherever possible.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our website, email, forms and our secure referral and case-management (CRM) system, or where the law or a safeguarding concern requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from our newsletter.
